COVID-19 Update 

We are open and welcome you all to visit us at Luca. We ensure that both your safety and our safety are the number one priority.

We would like to update you on what we are doing to prioritise your health as well as deliver you with the best Luca experience. We are proactively taking measures to ensure our salon space continues to be a safe place to visit, work and enjoy. 

In addition to our standard practices we are implementing the following measures to ensure we meet level 2 requirements so you can visit us with confidence:

- Increased, frequent cleaning and sanitation of all surfaces, chairs and equipment. Including reception, phone, eftpos machine and retail products. Magazines, chocolates and drinks will be put aside for now to minimise high contact surface points. 

- Hand sanitiser will be available at our front desk also for when you enter and leave the salon. All of our employees will also be wearing appropriate PPE.

- We will be having one client per stylist at a time to reduce contact with various people at a time and limit the people in the salon. This will also allow us to space our clients to ensure everyone is at a safe distance. 

- We will continue to monitor and follow the latest Ministry of Health’s advice and guidelines. 

We also ask for any clients who are feeling unwell to not come into the salon. This also includes if you have been in contact with someone who is sick or recently been sick. 

If you do have an appointment and cannot make it, please let us know in advance.
