We believe our pricing menu reflects the level of experience, expertise and skill our stylists bring to Luca. We pride ourselves on having all qualified stylists that share the common belief in ensuring that the clients hair needs, concerns, goals and overall experience are the top priority. All stylists at Luca are genuine, confident and caring professionals who will deliver time and time again.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask for at least 72 hours notice prior to your appointment.
Any cancellation or rescheduled booking made within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the deposit made on the booking or 25% of the booking.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be put towards your future services.
Deposit policy
Any deposit made on a service will be deducted off the final bill upon arrival to the appointment.
