Shipping & Returns Policy

 Shipping & Delivery

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible and we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from your time of purchase. If your order is placed before 1pm NZT Tuesday-Friday it will be sent out the same day on overnight delivery. Any orders placed after 1pm NZT will begin processing straight away but will be dispatched the following working day.

Orders placed after Friday and over the weekend including Monday will be processed on the following Tuesday.

If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation email within the timeframes outlined above, please get in contact with us to check on your order status. You can email us at info@lucahairstyling.co.nz

Should there be any shipment details or issues with your order we will contact you via email.

These delivery times are to be used only as a guide and are estimated from the date of dispatch. Luca Hairstyling is not responsible for any delays caused by processing of the courier.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking details.

 

Returns

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments to the payment method or items in your order so please be careful in reviewing your items, delivery address and payment method before completing your purchase.

You can request to cancel your order by emailing us within 1-2 hours of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret that in most instances order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

Return Policy

If you would like to return a product please email us within 24 hours of receiving your product. If a product is faulty we can replace the product or offer a refund.

All items must be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase, unused, with the original tags and packaging still attached.

Full price purchases placed online are eligible to be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund providing your returns items fit the above guidelines. In the instance your full order is returned for a refund this may incur a $6 deduction fee, this is an automatic charge applied to cover any complimentary shipping costs that are offered at the time of your order being placed.
