We believe our pricing menu reflects the level of experience, expertise and skill our stylists bring to Luca. We pride ourselves on having all qualified stylists that share the common belief in ensuring that the clients hair needs, concerns, goals and overall experience are the top priority. All stylists at Luca are genuine, confident and caring professionals who will deliver time and time again.

Our online prices are to be used as a guideline only and may be changed at consultation due to customisation of your service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask for at least 72 hours notice prior to your appointment. 

Any cancellation made within 24 hours or a no-show will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the deposit made on the booking or 50% of the booking.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency the cancellation fee may be waived. 


Deposit policy 

All new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit prior to confirmation of their appointment. Any deposit made on a service will be deducted off the final bill upon arrival to the appointment.
